Business consulting: ESG, AI, ISO and corporate training

The problem you need to solve should determine the service you choose. Vosurein brings together ESG management, business AI adoption, ISO management system consulting and corporate training to help identify a suitable starting point, then agree on the scope, your organisation's contribution and how to review the results.

Our Services

Find a service that matches your current needs

First identify whether the requirement comes from a customer, a regulator, internal management or day-to-day operations. Discussing a requirement document, an existing process or a specific problem makes the work easier to define than choosing a tool or standard first.

  • ESG management

For sustainability disclosures, carbon data or supply chain requirements, first confirm the recipient, reporting year, format and deadline, then organise the data review and responsibilities.

  • Business AI adoption

When repeated data entry, document handling or knowledge searches take too much time, clarify the current steps, exceptions, data permissions and acceptance criteria before assessing what to automate.

  • ISO management systems

When a customer specifies a standard or documented procedures differ from actual operations, confirm the standard, activities and sites in scope before reviewing existing processes and records.

  • Corporate training

When colleagues need a new way of working, identify their roles, prior knowledge and tasks after training before planning the course, practice and feedback.

Our Services

Service areas and individual services

ESG management

We help organise requirements, data sources, evidence and improvement work for sustainability reports and financial disclosures, organisational and product carbon data, supply chain assessments and nature-related issues. Each framework has a different purpose; first confirm whom your organisation needs to respond to.

Business AI adoption

Assess the use case before discussing automation, AI agents, RAG knowledge bases, customer service or system integration. Include data quality, human review, running costs and maintenance responsibilities in the implementation plan.

ISO management systems

Confirm the standard and implementation scope based on your industry, customer requirements and operational risks. Consulting may cover an initial review, system design, a pilot, internal audits and preparation for improvement. Third-party certification is considered separately under the applicable scheme.

Corporate training

We design company-specific and customised training in ESG, AI and ISO. Identify what colleagues need to accomplish before planning the content and practical work, and discuss how learning will be assessed.

Our Approach

Find the shared work behind cross-functional needs

For example, a business using AI to organise sustainability disclosure data first needs to define its sources, valid versions and reviewers, then assess which steps suit automation. AI-generated summaries still need to be checked against the original data.

System documentation and staff training can also be planned together to keep a management system working. Courses can use actual forms, audit situations and departmental responsibilities so that learning relates to daily work.

These are examples of possible cooperation. The actual combination and deliverables are agreed according to your needs.

Process

Consulting scope and process

  1. Confirm needs and current conditions

Explain where the requirement comes from, the current problem and the target completion date. Identify the departments, sites, data and systems involved, summarise the needs and clarify essential conditions.

  2. Plan the scope and responsibilities

Agree on tasks, interim deliverables, company contacts and each party's responsibilities. Specify fees, required inputs and the schedule. Where platforms, certification or verification are involved, identify the responsible providers and costs separately.

  3. Carry out the work and review progress

Arrange interviews, data preparation, system design, pilots or training as appropriate. Record unresolved points at each review. If changing needs affect the scope or timing, discuss adjustments first.

  4. Hand over the results and agree on next steps

Review deliverables against the agreed criteria and confirm how documents, operations or management methods will be used. Specify the scope, duration and contacts separately for any maintenance, post-training support or ongoing improvement.

Preparation

What to prepare before working together

Start with the main problem, requirement documents, expected timing and primary contact. Add information on sites, departments, systems, data or trainee roles as needed. Gaps in information can be identified during the initial discussion.

Existing procedures, process maps or de-identified samples help estimate the workload. There is no need to provide production credentials, keys or complete sensitive datasets at the inquiry stage. Agree on data-sharing arrangements later according to the work required.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we commission a single service?

Yes. We can start with one AI application, a specific sustainability data need or implementation of a particular standard. Any dependencies that could affect the outcome are explained when defining the scope.

How should a smaller business start on a limited budget?

Choose a task with a clear purpose, owner and completion criteria, review the data already available, then discuss a phased approach. Fees depend on the actual workload and cannot be estimated from headcount alone.

How long does consulting take, and how is it priced?

This depends mainly on the sites and processes involved, data quality, existing systems, integration needs and depth of deliverables. Confirm separately whether third-party platforms, certification, verification and travel are included.

Can we discuss needs at overseas sites?

Yes. Tell us where the sites are and what you need. The form of cooperation depends on local requirements, language, time zones and on-site conditions. Serving a region does not mean we have a permanent team there.

Our Approach

Not sure where to begin?

Tell us the one issue you most need to solve, and we can discuss a suitable service direction.
