Does using only Part 100 cover all industries?
No. It must be matched with applicable specific parts and main systems or scheme requirements according to the actual food, feed, or packaging activities; it is not assumed that all enterprises only need Part 100.
Can existing systems and records be reused?
You can first review existing sites, product processes, cleaning, hygiene, pest, and foreign matter management records, confirm the applicable period, scope, and quality of evidence, and then fill the gaps; rewriting all documents is not a prerequisite for implementation.
Does signing the cleaning record mean the cleaning is effective?
A signature only indicates that someone filled out the record; the execution and effectiveness still need to be confirmed according to operational risk. When inspections or verifications find problems, the cause must be traceable and corrective actions taken.
How are consulting and third-party certification responsibilities divided?
