For Your Business

Who this service is for and when to start

When an organization expands, manages across sites, or adjusts competencies and personnel allocation, the management system can be used to organize the shared responsibilities of HR and business departments. Enterprises with existing recruitment, training, and performance systems but whose process objectives are not interconnected are also suitable for an overall review first.

The initiation is not just filling forms by HR; management and supervisors must participate to confirm how organizational direction, job requirements, and worker input enter decision-making.

The Challenge

Common challenges faced by businesses

Recruitment, training and appraisal processes may meet their targets for time to fill vacancies, training hours and appraisal completion while critical skills gaps remain. Check whether workforce plans reflect business needs and whether the indicators measure actual results.

Dispersed personnel lifecycle data can also easily lead to duplicate collection and unclear permissions. The management system should simultaneously consider data necessity, processing responsibility, and worker needs.

Our Approach

Methods and applicable requirements

ISO 30201:2026 is the first version of the Human Resource Management System requirements released in June 2026, applicable to organizations of different sizes and types. It supports talent attraction, development, allocation, and overall management integration, without deciding business strategies for organizations or replacing existing labor-management participation mechanisms such as collective bargaining.

Workforce planning and organizational goals

We connect business development needs with current staffing and capability gaps, then agree on planning assumptions, management responsibilities and follow-up. HR measures should have a defined purpose, rather than simply renaming existing recruitment or training forms.

Workforce lifecycle and needs

Review how talent attraction, onboarding, development, deployment and departure connect. Identify worker and staffing needs at each stage. Interviews and process sampling can reveal gaps and help plan improvements suited to the organisation.

Data, feedback, and management review

Select accessible and consistently defined metrics based on the topic, combined with worker feedback and management review. Personal data is only processed within necessary scope; increasing data collection volume is not regarded as a sign of system maturity.

Process

Consulting scope and process

  1. Confirm the scope of human resource management

Review organisational objectives, employee groups and existing HR processes to identify competence and management issues that need a joint response.

  2. Align workforce and process responsibilities

Organize the planning, attraction, development, and allocation processes, and define the roles of HR, supervisors, and other departments.

  3. Pilot metrics and feedback

Use data within an appropriate scope to check the processes. Confirm that indicator definitions and feedback support management decisions.

  4. Review the effectiveness of the system

Review implementation evidence, unresolved gaps and improvement results, then prepare for audits and management review.

Preparation

What documents do companies need to prepare?

  • Organization and manpower: Organization chart, personnel categories, workforce planning, and business needs summary.
  • Job duties and capabilities: Job requirements, competency assessment, recruitment and training arrangements.
  • Procedures and Permissions: Responsibilities for HR procedures, data access, and management.
  • Metrics and feedback: Indicator definitions, de-identified statistics, feedback and improvement records.

For an initial discussion, provide a summary or de-identified sample. Share full records under the agreed scope, access permissions and confidentiality arrangements. Check whether existing records are still valid before filling gaps; there is no assumption that every document must be rewritten.

Project Planning

Estimating time and cost

Evaluation is based on personnel groups, locations, differences in existing processes, and data completeness. Cross-unit interviews and system coordination are the main tasks; the scope for salary system design, legal opinions, and HR system implementation needs to be confirmed separately.

Each project specifies the number of on-site interviews, document revisions, training sessions, internal-audit support activities and improvement reviews, together with responsibilities. Third-party certification, specialist testing, engineering and legal services are not included in consulting fees by default. Confirm transition schedules for existing certificates with the certification body.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will the implementation replace labor law inspections?

No. Human resource management systems need to connect with local labor obligations, but system certification is not a comprehensive compliance conclusion; personnel data should be handled according to necessity and access rights.

Is ISO 30201:2026 a revision of the previous version?

No. The 2026 edition is the first edition under this number. Existing HR systems can be referenced for implementation, but no differences from a previous edition should be fabricated.

Will the standard dictate the company's salary strategy?

It does not decide strategies or objectives for the organization. Guidance focuses on whether management systems can support organizational needs and consider worker requirements; specific compensation and personnel policies are still determined by the company according to law.

Is it necessary to provide personal information for every employee?

Initially, personnel categories, job positions, and de-identified statistics can be used. When individual-level data is needed, the purpose, necessity, access rights, and confidentiality methods should first be confirmed.

Can the HR department implement the system on its own?

HR can coordinate, but manpower needs and work arrangements involve supervisors and management levels. Without shared decision-making and execution responsibility, the system is likely to remain only on paper forms.

Does completing consulting guarantee a certificate?

No certificate is issued automatically. Vosurein helps establish and pilot the system and review evidence. An independent third party assesses and issues certificates under its applicable scheme. Before applying, check the certification scope, accreditation status and customer acceptance. We do not guarantee certification or fabricate records.
